A $2 million 20-year term life for a healthy 35-year-old male is only about $150 a month.I was surprised that a friend of mine, who's 66 with hypertension and prediabetes, was able to get a "key man" $500K 10-year term life policy for a bit less than $300 a month. 

My current role is IT focused, In previous lives I was a carpenter, carpet installer, flood and fire restoration, long haul truck driver, waiter, garbage man, bus boy, and just about every other job you can think of.

I promise you man, it is going to work as long as you did your due diligence on the numbers.

That man really inspired me.

Now you have a middle man who is hustling, doesn't seemto know or have time to know whats going in (in my limited experience), and isn't originating the loan. 

Where you incorporate the LLC is also important.
