I doubt I would do it in the summer though when rates are up but off season is a possibility especially around the holidays.

We would still have holidays and ski season to work on it with cheaper rates.

Hi @Robert Edwards, made some research following your reply (I know, month ago, but believe me, what a month it was), and even though I know Marbella area well, I have no clue of the kind of properties that might be on demand or the occupancy rates or how to handle holiday rents etc.

I'm not going to get much done over the holidays since all my guys are leaving town so I'm savoring the daily victories.
