That should give you more ideas of where to go with things and build a good network to leverage and collaborate with.

I would certainly start getting recommendations for attorney's/accountants now and taking them to lunch to explain your business plan and see if you can collaborate well with them -- this way you will be ready when the time comes. 

I'm amazed by the amount of collaboration and feedback I've seen already...can't wait to share my own knowledge and experiences as I gain them.

Lots of people there are the old Black Middle Class (think shop owners, or Union guys) that bought those homes during White Flight and have refused to leave the City or let people turn their neighborhood homes into halfway houses, adult foster care,etc.

I would first run the fact pattern by your custodian and see if they will conclude on it, but if they punt I can refer you to a solid ERISA attorney that I collaborate with in situations that I myself am not 100% certain of.
