Year one you need to buy one rental- so How much money- cash - must you have in your savings account at a bank to be able to buy the rental, fix up the rental, and operate the rental as a business [cash reserves for major ticket items that go bad, cash reserves for eviction money, cash reserves for turning the unit and have a get set vacant- making payments on it- until you get a new renter, etc].

@Justin Tasset thank you for your advise,  after done some research I have narrowed down the two markets Columbus and Cleveland, I have booked the flight on next month, hope to explore the market in OH.
