Hey guys, I am a new real estate investor moving to Pensacola, FL from Illinois this year. My goal is to purchase a small multifamily in the Pensacola area and I am looking to network and compare notes with other real estate investors, agents, etc.

    Are you by chance in the Navy or just coincidence? I have a few friends that got into the rental market and rent to young ensigns and lieutenants in flight school over the bridge in Milton. Perdido Key still has my heart!
