Before you start dreaming get yourself some MHC education first.http://forum.mobilehomeuniversity.com/If you purchase a lot for 300K and invest another 100K in infrastructure how many homes do you need to have, how much is lot rent, to cover your debt repayment, expenses and make a profit.
