You may be able to do a commercial style loan and put multiple units in it, but most banks will stay away from multiple units in a complex like this.

With the experience that you have, and assuming your PFS looks somewhat decent, I would place you into one of our Line of Credit style programs, that you would only need to qualify for once per year, worse case scenario, and you'll have up to $5M+ CASH, depending on what you personally qualify for, and you wouldn't have to answer any "qualifying" questions until it's time to renew the Line.

(I think up to 1200 sf has to do with density and Environmental issues from the state for adding more people incrementally, this gets wonky...)You are allowed 700 sf max if you have a 6,000 sf lot.
