I've been focusing a lot on the driving for dollars method and it's been working quite a bit.

I was listening to a podcast while driving and the episode had a guest speaker on that I would really like to find more information about and possibly connect with her.

Lot of great deals in Phoenix, it's simply can you the buyer 1) find them and 2) be competitive on pricing and 3) asset management the property to ultimately drive exit sales price.So yes, lot of markets out there.

Test drive 3-4 and pick the one that works best for you. 

I've tried driving for dollars and checking out realtor.com, zillow, etc. for my area. 

Hi All - I found a house while driving around that appears to be abandoned but the house itself looks to be in good shape and it's in a good neighborhood. 

My agent took me for a drive one day up north in CT and the rest was history.

I look at a City like Jackson MS and same thing you drive through South Jackson were you can buy inexpensive rentals.. and virtually 90% of all the commercial is boarded the last grocery store in the neighborhood closed about 7 years ago.. now all the residence have to drive at least 10 miles or more to shopping and all the nice new shopping is north and East of these areas..
