Look up owner of house
Hi All - I found a house while driving around that appears to be abandoned but the house itself looks to be in good shape and it's in a good neighborhood. How can I find the owner of the house? I looked at my county website/tax assessors (Westmoreland County) website but can't find anything whatsoever.
Thanks!
