(Disclaimer)  I am an FNG (freaking new guy) and I have never used an LLC but I plan to at some point in my real estate investing and thought this could help those of you old war dogs that are at that point.It is from Senate Bill (SB) 1049, that became effective January 1, 2016. but basically it is an exemption from certain filing fees and the Texas franchise tax for the first five years of operation.

If you have dark stains (which are usually from dog urine), then those will not come out and that section should be replaced.
