the house i currently live in bought it in troy ohio for 165,000 and fixed it myself and it is worth now well over 280,000 extremely happy with this and i have plans to build a detached 2 car garage 20'x40' which will increase property value even more plus finishing out the basement and turning the downstairs half bath into a full im hoping at the end of the day i get roughly 320,000 out of it

The taxes are generally lower and the insurance is under an HO6 policy which is cheaper than hazzard insurance for detached homes.
