Bank of America issues deposit only cards. 

Various news articles indicated that these companies had been involved in alleged real estate fraud.2.A U.S. bank reported that a real estate investment company located in the eastern part of the United States made multiple cash deposits within a five-week period in amounts that totaled almost one million dollars.

They need to deposit it with the court system and the court will decide when to release the money to you.

I'm off to a good start with these rentals--I ran background checks on my tenants, collected a full month's security deposit, setup online bill pay and have good tenants who are paying on time.  

So a central interior split would match what they currently have for heating and would provide them some AC.

I'm not in the position financially to buy another property so what I did was borrowed against myself 401k at a low APR, and will be withdrawing that money for a future deposit on a property.  

I didn't plan on allowing pets without a separate deposit.

I don't want to waste neither of our time if it doesn't even match my budget or cash flow. 

Make sure you have all deposits and withdrawals documented and keep separate bank accounts.

At the closing you should have received any security deposit money and any rent money that was received for the month of August prorated to the 3rd.If you didn't and/or if it wasn't even mentioned throughout the closing process ask your lawyer/title company why this is.
