I dont have any contacts in your area but that said, I have a platform that we are scaling up that would allow us to have contacts and track job progress. 

We own 6 doors in nashville and rent them always on those platforms. they go fast

Unlikely that the future buyers live in the current neighborhood and I'm sure the sellers would be unhappy that you're sharing private info about their home to the FB platform. 

I don't know anything about Roofstock, but I am not so much a fan of these investing platforms trying to shortcut or "democratize" the process.

You can definitely set a minimum of 30 days via Airbnb's platform, but also give FurnishedFinder or CorporateHousingByOwner a look as those cater directly toward your desired demographic.
