I am a 17 year old high school student and I was wondering if anyone here on the forums could give me any tips or advice to help get involved in real estate investing or build my financial education.

To tell you a little about myself, I am a 20 year old student who has always been fascinated by REI (house flipping in general) and I want to learn the game and take over the Southwest Florida area.

We relet one of our student houses this spring before we had even advertised it because the landlord across the street sent the candidates in our direction.

My mom owns a student rental in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, walking distance (5 minutes) to the university (UPRM).

For example, Utah consistently ranks among the lowest in the country for $ spent/student, yet various report card organizations all put Utah somewhere near the middle for quality of education delivered.Thanks.

I've been investing in student housing for 24 years and throughout the years the student's top needs/requirements continue to change so you always need to be ahead of the game to keep your properties in demand.
