Scripts can be used as a training aid to remember to use certain terms, especially emotionally-charged, thought provoking words that encourage a prospect to reveal what their true objectives are.I do not read off scripts.

IMO.That's also occurred to me, but then I've also realized that the person receiving it will most likely NOT believe it to be a coincidence, UNLESS you send a few of that same mail piece to most of the executor's closest neighbors down the same street he/she lives at.

what i tried and found successful was getting the closest address I could (a neighbor's) and then using FASTweb.  

I would suggest working on a buyers list for the areas closest to you.
