BTW, I saw 60Minutes and I was more impressed with Romney in that interview, I wish he had been specific but they got him closer than anyone else to date in the media or in his rallies, he was clearer and while I don't agree bottom line, he did make a better presentation and I can see how his base is so insistant. :)We will see if the debates can change anything, but I think it looks like BO will be taking it.

And then you'll be held to that.But again, it sounds like you're new to this, which means you're probably not ready to deal with all the aspects of selling a house (dealing with agents/buyers/showings, negotiation, contracts, coordinating inspections/appraisals, dealing with closings, etc), and you certainly don't want to leave this all up to the buyer's agent.So, find a great listing agent to handle all this for you...

I got a homeowner who wants to help her mother get rid of her home and an investor who is interested in the property.I plan to inspect the property tomorrow, take notes & photos and forward the info to the investor.
