Chase asked why my credit had been pulled earlier in the month, and so I told them, inadvertently shoting myself in the foot.

Chase VISA Business card does not report the balance to your personal credit, Home Depot and Capital One do report the balance to your personal credit. 

Followed up with Chase Bank of Idaho and was told they have a hold on doing refinances on Rentals because of COVID.Is anyone else feeling this sqeeze?

The SoCal market is a tough beast, especially if you're chasing high yield cashflow properties.

Outside of my day job and new found interest in REI, my hobbies include powerbuilding (bodybuilding/powerlifting), culinary arts, storm chasing, being on the water (wakeboarding - learning to wake surf this summer), and of course spending time with my German Shepherd, Quasar. 

It is easy to chase the shiny object in real estate with so many different niches and asset classes.

I have been finding deals in the 9-13% range and didn't know if it was worth chasing the glowing 16-20% return that I would need. 

My current business bank account for my LLC is with Chase, but that was only due to a good signing bonus (at the time) and not really being able to find a good "local" bank that seems like they're "with-it" on the technology/ease of use side (going solely be online reviews and their websites). 

We have had good success with using a collection company and I would say it has been worth the % they take to chase the money.
