We do it the good ol' fashioned way - ring up a few property managers with properties advertised for rent in that area, and get an idea based on their currently available listings.Not only do you get a good idea, you also find who the knowledgable, most active PMs are in this area - chances are they're also the ones you'll want to work with once you have properties there.
