Mobile Home Leads

I am receiving calls from my bandit signs that are from persons who own mobile homes...either in a park or on property who want to sell.

I am wondering what other wholesalers/investors are doing with these leads? How do you evaluate these leads? Exit strategies?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

Lonnie Deals have been killed by the SAFE Act and various regulations regarding mortgages. The model is pretty dated but there are some investors who still do well with. I know one local investor who has done this with several hundred homes and created a nice retirement fund for themselves.

Partnering with someone like that is ideal, especially since this is not your main area. You can make some quick wholesaling cash by finding the local mobile home buyers in your area. Same process as homes; either get the property under contract and then flip or work as a birddog for investors and let them pay you a few hundred or a few thousand as a finder's fee. Very little work for you to turn these leads over to someone else.
