I'm 30, mother of two, happily married and just starting in RE!

In either case we will Owner Occupy the property.We just viewed a Single Family/ Mother-Daughter a few days ago and will go to revisit it this weekend with a general contractor to get some estimates before putting an offer. 

My mother is selling her home to free up 150k for me to invest so we have a similar story.

And even though it was with a stack of other replies/names, I'd like to thank my family, my mother, the academy, etc. etc. 

My personal opnion:This business sounds a lot of stress into a relationship between all the "partners"It sounds that you are feeling underpaid and your mother has the power to pull the plug on any deal that you find.I would just scracth everything, and start from zero.

The more accurate number is $1025/mo. There

. - My husband and I both have good credit, but my husband's name is on a loan for a property that he owns with his mother and sister ( a whole other conversation...don't get me started ).

Motivation is the Mother of all sales.

As a partial result, it DOES NOT cover long term nursing home care, as those costs can be huge.
