I began working for a property management company 5 months ago to help them develop their online marketing.I'm working on an email marketing campaign geared towards building relationships with realtors and promoting our realtor referral program, and we use a company called eCampaign Pro to send out email blasts to registered real estate agents.Since I am somewhat new to the real estate industry I am trying to wrap my head around the DOs and DON'Ts of networking, self-promotion, etc...That being said, I want to learn from some of you real-estate agents:Are any of you registered on any of these realtor lists?

You also mentioned VRBO, but I would say in an eclectic market like yours, I would make sure you are promoting on AirBNB as well if you are not already.

You can also offer a pure split.Whomever is providing the debt (assuming it is recourse debt) should also get a portion of the profits, and the promoter is going to get a portion of the profits as well as a development fee, especially for a project this size.

It basically serves as a website + a lead magnet where instead of people just going to your site and perusing around, you are able to capture their information by guiding them through the sales process of your business.You can build different pages for all of your open houses, or if you can create a page for giveaways/ raffles etc. and then promote them with Facebook Ads.
