In the past when I used it, the vendor took the hit on CC fees (meaning you as landlord), but this may be an option who is responsible.Others I am seeing with a quick "free rent payment service" google search: Zillow Rental Manager and Rentler.

I found The Cooke School by doing a Google search; they have solid reviews and offer the 60 hours of course work required to sit for the licensing exam entirely online for $259.  

The federal government will be strategically deploying financial aid to districts that need it most.

I understand everyone is struggling right now with this new virus, but why isn't the government getting more involved in giving people more aid so bills can be paid on time???? 

A quick google search for tenant resources in San Antonio came up pretty flat.

I believe you are already seeing this in Austin (huge regulation and limits on air BNB and they now allow bums to put up tents anywhere they want... classic California move)I love Texas and I agree there are some great areas and buys to be had.... but I think it is foolish to google “hit markets” and think it is easy especially to get started there...
