My long-term goal would be to earn passive income through real estate to the point where I could cut back to part time at my job, while still having the financial freedom to travel and enjoy life. 

There are going to be setbacks and unexpected obstacles, but you can enjoy the finished product, if you keep at it.  

We also enjoy the process of taking a distressed property and making it truely beautiful again.

Secondly, my business partner and I are both career women (girl power!)

Both areas have pluses and minuses in my book and I would enjoy living in both areas.My question for the community is for a brand new investor, which area has the most potential opportunities for BRRR or flipping?  

This morning I get a text from him saying that the office girl has already put it on the MLS and and that it's a requirement that when it goes on the MLS that it must be available to be shown then.
