Curious to hear what has worked well with other in Denver metro!

Fair warning for Denver metro area... 1% is tough to find.  

I host one with my partner in Eagle Rock, and I attend a few in Pasadena/ San Gabriel Valley and LA.

And is there any cost to attend?

As a newbie too, I recommend attending a few local real estate networking meetings.

And so it is with attending seminars, boot camps and having mentors.Anyway, just my two cents worth.

So far I've just been reading books, listening to podcast, and I have attended a couple local meetings. 

Although it is hard work, the most interesting part of real estate for me is having the opportunity to help families in need to find fair housing and simultaneously having the opportunity at a better life.Lastly, I plan on attending the "Inland Empire Real Estate Investing Club", which seems to be a well known and reputable group here in the IE.        

I plan on attending a few local meetups, but figured it would be great to start meeting like indeed people online.  

I would attend REIA, Investor meetups, talk with agents.
