How can I find out what class an apartment complex belongs to, both the building and the neighborhood?

I am interested in multifamily (Tri & Quads), and smaller apartment complexes.  

House is part of a large Golf community, and renters can pay $15/mo for access to community pool, tennis courts, golf course discount, horse stables, yacht club.My wife and I are engineers and max our 401k's. 

Almost $20,000 in lawyer fees and 2+ years of litigation later, we're foreclosing on the house in order to collect our court fees from him.After that, we adopted a very simple rule... we pull permits for goddamn everything, no matter how simple, no matter how ordinary.

The main goal is to start small with maybe a 4/5-plex and 1031 my way into complexes with a lot of units over time.

I said to him don't you think 95k is a little much on a flip fee.... well of course turns out the lady owed 200k on it and it was going to court house steps shortly.they list it with a broker for 265k and can't move it then call me in a panic as the house was going to be sold and they would make nothing. 

With $360k to invest, you should be able to find a really nice cash-flowing multi-family complex.

(small apartment complexes)  I'm in Florida so no sure if it differs from state to state. 

With Alarm.com I have all the controls in one location rather than across different apps and websites, and there are a lot of complex features that can really automate your home.
