If additional staff to answer phones was or still is needed temporarily, that is just business and should have been done. 

Also alot of people in JT youll see don't even speak english, so like, this says that JT is now worldwide as a destination, which is pretty cool.Morongo Valley sucks, i feel like the winds there are never under 50mph, i feel like it will never be cool for this reason alone.I like 29 long term.

They have full-time staff that do nothing but due diligence.

50 is a bit on the slim side of being able to support onsite staff but 80 units definitely is large enough.

He has never in the 15 years Ive  known him used the PM company as any kind of profit center.. it makes enough to pay for staff but he keeps costs in control for the turn key buyers..

The current PM manages around 150 properties, has 5 members on staff, and yet remains completely overwhelmed.

Starting out the current PM was good but with management and staff changes the quality has suffered.

I will not have a maintenance person on staff, I will just hire when necessary.
