I have used the internet to search for the best cash-flow markets, but unfortunately it is very opinionated and bias depending on what site you visit.

I wouldn't read too much about intent into text posts - The tone and context of communications is lost over the internet.

The information and assistance that a newbie can get for the very small amount they charge is amazing and customers will get more information from which to make decisions in a very short time from them than they could get in years of searching the internet.

The combination of using this site, connecting with others and using the internet as a whole will help you with your real estate investment aspirations. 

We've contacted a handful based on a general internet search but believe referrals from experienced individuals are much more meaningful.With respect to mortgage lenders in particular, we are hoping to find a lender/loan officer who has particular experience and/or uses an appraiser with particular experience with multifamilies in the local South Bronx area.Thank you so much for any referrals and recommendations!
