South Bronx Referrals Requested: Lenders, Attys, Inspectors, etc.

Hello all - My business partners and I are looking to buy and hold multifamilies (2-4 units) in the South Bronx.  We'd like to have things in order by the time we're prepared to make an offer so we can move quickly.  

If you've worked with any good mortgage lenders (conventional financing), home inspectors, structural engineers, real estate attorneys, and/or contractors in or around the South Bronx area that you'd recommend, we'd love to hear from you!  We've contacted a handful based on a general internet search but believe referrals from experienced individuals are much more meaningful.

With respect to mortgage lenders in particular, we are hoping to find a lender/loan officer who has particular experience and/or uses an appraiser with particular experience with multifamilies in the local South Bronx area.
