You can buy machines to do all of those things but they aren't cheap. 

Has anyone gone to this expo in the past or planning on attending virtually this weekend?

Water is not separately metered and is included in the rent, so I don’t think switching to non coin-operated machines is the solution... don’t want to encourage misuse of the water and how many times they run the washer.

Hey Friends and Family,I am begin my investing journey still (lol) with Virtual wholesaling.

(Updating units, landscaping, increasing curb appeal, new laundry machines, allowing pets, etc.) 

While you might have trouble finding a single person who is willing to hold your hand through the entire process, you will find that using BP correctly can result in a sort of virtual mentorship.

If it is to imply cash flow, then I am not in agreement (I virtually always agree with Russell's post and think he has a knack for great succinct responses).

I'm very interested in virtual wholesaling but this is the part that trips me up. 

I looked at a couple of the REI events on meetup, but they seem to be virtual.

Oh and my skip traces aren’t the most accurate because i use deal machine but it works some what.
