Look, I get where many will say I am under-leveraging with all the reserves but here is some important math that I am betting the other veterans can backup; 1 screw-up/ loss can easily wipe out the profits of 5-10 "good" deals, so i focus on loss mitigation because time lost from a loss is massive, and if the cost is just missing out on 1/2 added deals, well I am in good ROI area.
