20k to Invest
I have some money saved up and looking to invest. Are there any areas to invest in with 20k?

Hi @Kyle Barnhart, if you live in a market with lower price points you may be able to house hack with 3-5% down. However, starting out with 20K will be difficult to get into most markets. Even if it is enough to cover your down payment and closing costs, you want to have extra capital to cover a few months of rent or put work in the property if it needs it.
