@Kadeen E Lyons To do a Brrrr investment, you are able to do that with a self directed IRA or 401(k), there are a couple other things to consider when using a non recourse loan to buy a property this way.

My biggest question is how I can finance a rental using a private investor but still get them there money back without having to do a long term “mortgage” of sorts??

Then you can send postcards, call/texting using a skip tracing service, or door knocking potential sellers.

If you are not using a software/service that will request a background check/credit report, do you request information to complete a check/report or send the applicant a link to complete a check/report?
