Are there clues how to read the tea leaves here to approximate an amount-need to know how many cashiers checks one might need to bring for shopping?

It has been out of the long term rental market so long that I do not have much clue as to what the current LTR rent is but I suspect it is not very close to the ~$15k/month that is the current rent average.

It’s fraud with a HUGE paper trail and 100 clues. 

I have done this something like 3 times.While your waiting to sell them back the house, you are holding the house and possible converting a (short term gain, or ordinary income) into a long term gain.AS far as the foundation and inspector goes, most don't have any clue what they are doing. 

I figure access points will be entrance to property, but no clue on services (deep)?

I only ask because I really have no clue and if people with these ads can be scams I do not want to ask them to join my buyer list.
