I would run the plumbing to that strange back corner and try to get the toilet/bathroom in there, bringing the bathroom over to the back post.

We are buying a 48-unit apartment building in Beloit, WI just south of Janesville and are looking for a 3rd party contractor to fulfill the responsibilities of everyday maintenance of the building (fix minor items that are broken, leaking toilet, change locks, clean or coordinate cleaning for make-readies, painting, etc), as well as basic manager roles such as showings, move-ins, move-outs, etc.  

But short-term profits without a sound asset won't usually pan out down the road. 

Start with a bathroom, determine everything you think the room needs done, Floor, sheetrock, tub, diverter, toilet... etc.

Unless it was found in their toilet or part of the sewer pipe that they are the only ones hooked up to.

I do not understand how the past actions of owner, tenant and PM effect your pans to purchase a personal home or a investment property if the present owner terminates the existing lease.You have not made it clear in your post where the problem exists for you as a home buyer or a investor.
