I experienced a time when I could not get access to properties because owners were tired of idiots with lowball offers.

It doesn't seem like you're a time-waster or tire kicker so find someone new.

No agent wants to waste their time dealing with potential "tire kickers" or unqualified buyers.

I would love to keep my properties due to the cash flow, but am tired of doing it myself or hiring a manager to lose my money.  

Miss. jobs followed a intermodal with rail that already has brought in Volvo, Amazon, Kellogs, Post cereal, Michelin tire (TBC), Milwaukee tool, Nike, McCormick spices, and six more in process. 

I'm tired of self-managing. 

At least for now until we get tired of managing things :)The duplex has separate and fenced back yards.

I was tired of single family homes as rentals and I wanted to dive into multi-family properties.

I decided not to pursue it after kicking the tires.
