Do NOT connect them in any way...or, you will open the door (side) for even a terrible lawyer, to turn this into a Land Contract...which means everything they paid will be credited towards the pruchase.

It would costs about $700 a month to pump/maintain the cesspool which would make this a terrible deal & I was informed by the DEP that connecting to the city line would cost about $30000 since there is no municipal sewage line fronting the property.I'm wondering what my options are, can I sue the party I purchased the property from since this information wasn't disclosed ?

@Jamie Garcia I've never purchased with them but everything they are offering is way overpriced, It's clear you'll have to do some hard negotiating, and that's on the older assets to start, the new construction Assets are even worse, a projection of $661 month cash flow on a $750K property is terrible, and since it's new construction the expenses aren't seasoned yet and expenses never go down as a new construction seasons.
