So instead of trusting someone on the internet who gave you a contract, I would seek legal counsel...have them review it, or write you up one that will hold up to Maryland state law.  

Only excellent photos of a bright, attractive and desirable property will grip the attention of prospective tenants.Screen prospective tenants - This is the critical task of the property manager.

The internet can be very weird now a days so people get sketched out.

If I had 15k budget to spend in the next 3-4 months I would spend it on building a top notch internet presence.

Too many newbies think wholesaling is fast and easy money that takes no work or money.... thanks to the Gurus that have mastered the "get rich quick investing with no money" sales pitch via Internet marketing.

This is a specific question about a specific box on a specific form, and there does not seem to be a general consensus on it when I look around the internet.
