@Steve McRory - I was thinking the same thing - it's not a deal breaker - but it was surprising considering the circumstances.

Surprisingly, granite countertops are a big deal for appraisal value so if you don’t have that maybe consider adding.

Unfortunately the property management company is impossible to get in touch with and my lawyer was surprised to hear that there’s were even tenants. 

I got a very nasty surprise when in order to get a demolition permit from the city I had to get asbestos testing.

You'd be surprised how put together "professional tenants" can look..The thing I like to remind people is this: There are two main questions you need to answer:1.Can these people pay the rent for the duration of the lease?

I find it funny that no-one agreed with my disdain for this Supreme Court decision (you seem to agree here), but I'm not surprised considering it was the Conservatives on the bench who voted in favor of the law, and people here would rather stand by their partisan views than to speak out against fellow Conservatives, even when those fellow Conservatives do stupid things.
