Did not expect 5-star ratings but you can read some reviews of owners to get an idea. 

Although, bad contractors have served me well because they make me look like an All star for being simply average.

Two weeks later, the Denver and surrounding area housing market skyrocketed and we were thanking our lucky stars.

Roofstock had this property listed as a 2 star neighborhood and the tenant was paying on time and it has the best rent in the area from what I checked.

this is why I never spend frequent flyer miles on domestic travel save up for these times.. back in 09 I went to Costa rica not that the flight was much but got a 2 week all inclusive for less than 4k   5 star to..
