In a perfect world, this is the type of mapping software exists:1) Ability to plot where bandit signs are2) Ability to click neighborhoods (highlights the area) and it gives you the avg price for houses sold in that area over the last 3 months with stats3) Allows you to type in a single or batch of addresses and will plot them4) Type in an address + save notes to that location (Name, number, saw your sign at, etc)5) Mailing List option - allows you to remove address from list, document offer at an address, records how many letters have been sent, updates the page automatically for when a house in your list has been put on the market or soldThis are a couple of things I wish I had...

Make it logical.All good stuff above from our accountants and Steve B as to taxes, you at least need to be able to pull those out separately if you are doing books manually, accounting software is a great tool, another example of business expenses not tied to a project. :)

I'm kasa working in software industry and bought my primary residence in 2011 reo property and remodeled it as we needed as it was too tough to get a home (ample space compared to my current apartment living space ), so have to go all the way to do addition.

In the past I couldn't ever find any info on it other than to go through some sort of servicer, but apparently now you can get a security inspection and experian's authorization and buy the software and report your customer's accounts to them.
