In my neck of the woods you can get the public data for free, however, if you want "the list" of upcoming foreclosures (they change A LOT so you need the most current list) - you MUST SUBSCRIBE to the local Business Journal.

He was in a dorm with like 4 guys, so being able to crash in a vacant house and get a few minutes of privacy was great for him.I could go on and on with examples, but I have never (knock on my fake wood table) had a property broken into or vandalized when someone was staying there in the evening.

We've installed canned lights in the front room, done all the sheetrock repair, sprayed the entire interior, and started working on the master bath shower.My GC is telling me in the next 10 days we'll have all the tile work (ceramic master bath shower, guest bath floor, slate entry extension, and kitchen backsplash), exterior trim, fence, new appliances, counters, fixtures, windows, and hard wood resurface done.I'm not expecting this, but we'll see what happens.

Unfortunately, I am going to have to conclude that you have NO evidence or case law to sight in which a simultaneous closing has been construed as fraud.Therefore, I am forced to conclude that in this particular matter, you do NOT know what you are talking about, and people should not listen to your misinformation about simultaneous closings being fraudulent and about certain unspecified organizations now cracking down on them.Bill, stick with what you know.

I have also had my sights on the Northern Kentucky and greater Cincinnati regions as the area seems to offer impeccable cap rates and interesting speculative plays as many parts of Cincinnati are gentrifying.I currently work in loan review at a large regional bank and have gained valuable experience from the bank side of the industry.
