The reason this is not selected often by investors — although the IRS unsurprisingly is happy for you to use it — is that more taxable income appears in the early years with more untaxable “return of capital” in the later years.For real estate investing I only focus on the city that I live.

All you have to do then is select what kind of deals you are looking for, enter your information, and then the 20% will be applied.If you google their site and go from there, there is no way for you to enter a Promo Code or get the discount.

Less detail the better...... along the lines of "we have selected another candidate"....not "better....more qualified....... better fit" etc...... don't give them any ammo to twist the words of you decision.I usually tell them I will be making my decision by X date and will contact them to move forward at that time if they are selected.
