My guess is, it only means it goes on the list for properties scheduled to be sold at the auction and you can pay off the taxes any time before then.

We find homes for investors and we go through them with a fine tooth comb, before they're presented to them.

She is a single mom, employed full time and has a busy schedule.

Not being mean, but realistic.Most of the fix and flip money that's out there is going to require at least 10% down and then you're going to have to get started on the project out of pocket and get reimbursed from the escrow hold back on a draw schedule.
