I would never do business with this guy or his company ever again, a big scam.

I never said that a HELOC was a scam but there is a HELOC pay down scam.

Then the kicker for me that these guys are a scam was I actually found a house that I own and selling listed for $20,000 higher then what I sold it for.

They are nice people after all.However, my wife was stuck in the HA waiting room one day and overheard a conversation between two sisters (one was there to support the other one) ; "you don't need to tell them how much you earn - none of their damn business to know your business - tell your boss that you need to put a lower amount on the income proof form".As a landlord, I have no problems helping someone through the S8 program, but I do have a big problem when our tax money is given to someone who doesn't need it - and our house is used for that scam.

I bet on Saturday he spends 95% of the day trying to convince people to pay for his 3 day seminar.I'd have a lot more respect for the guy if he just talked real estate and let his "technique" sell itself, but the way in which he gave the presentation screamed scam to me.  

So my prospective tenants are being scammed?  

I've even been scammed by one who did exactly that.

There was a mold guy there who I believe was used by the founder of the REIA on a LOT of properties, this mold guy even said the whole mold thing is a scam and blown way out of proportion.
