The annual taxes for the property that I was given prior to going under contract was based on a very low county assessment - the property had been owned by a family for years and there was a lot of deferred maintenance.

Obviously it would be cool to use for personal use too, but at $~200 a night for a tiny cabin that has low maintenance needs since it's not a big brands new home, if you are grossing even $1000/month, this might be worth looking into further.Does anyone have cabin properties in the hocking hills area or anywhere in ohio?

That's assuming a conservative 15% Cap Ex reserve (it has a new roof and 3 of the 4 a/cs are 2 years old) and 10% maintenance reserve.
