Buying a cabin for cash flow

Hi! Has anyone bought and rented out a cabin in the woods somewhere? I was in hocking hills today in Ohio and was wondering if this would be a good niche market. Obviously it would be cool to use for personal use too, but at $~200 a night for a tiny cabin that has low maintenance needs since it's not a big brands new home, if you are grossing even $1000/month, this might be worth looking into further. Does anyone have cabin properties in the hocking hills area or anywhere in ohio? Would love to hear your thoughts and experience.
