Looking for a good local contractor or handyman to fix up a few things on a vacation rental property I’ve purchased in La Quinta.

House hacking is absolutely the best way to start and you start making connections with realtors, contractors, and learning basic property management skills.Definitely take advantage of all the free content on here, especially the  Finding Deals and the Strategy sections. 

I’m a masonry contractor and specialize in brick and foundation repairs so the repairs aren’t an issue at all it’s just that no bank wants to finance a home needing those kind of repairs.

Hello all,So I'm new-ish and attempting to stay in-line with standard forums etiquette here:I don't want to post in the wrong areas and derail subjects/conversations, so say I'm looking to reach out to local handymen/contractors for a possible rehab, where is the best place to do that within the BP forums?  

I give specific paint color codes or paint names to my contractors and PM.

And managing employees/maintenance/contractors.

Waiting another two months to start is unacceptable, so I would like to begin by learning about wholesaling, with the aim of initiating a contract or two within the next few months.
