Go with BofA or Chase, they have the largest daily/monthly transfer limits and lowest fees IMO if you have enough in your account to be a preferred member.

They are Platinum REO Agents (which means they are preferred, and this is by invitation only) among many other awards and designations.

I just started my direct mailings, and I'm trying to find other wholesalers to talk to directly(not flippers-yet) about a few things including preference of contracts and attorney's.

There are not in San Antonio but every property that I close is with mobile notaries which I find both buyers and seller prefer.
