@Andrew Neal negative $300 cash flow is very minimal in California and I know you're a smart guy so if you go back over the last 20 years and look at appreciation in your market you will make the right decision.Obviously, as @Frank Wong mentioned if it's in Brentwood, CA in the Los Angeles area definitely keep it!
