What are some helpful Real Estate Investment Courses?

Hello, I was wondering what are some of the best Real Estate Investment courses you all might know of? The reason I ask is that knowledge is the best way to stay ahead of the game and I'm always looking to build my skill set. What makes these courses unique along with how is the level of education they bring. I was looking into an investment course out in California & Phoenix Area. That course I see some value because they cover all the fundamentals of Real Estate Investing and after you finish the course you get a deal out of it and you keep all the profit, which sounds kind of cool to me. Also what would be some Real Estate book you all would recommend as well to help better educate up and coming investors.
